can someone create a tutorial for themes

there's a lot of members asking to me how to make themes...they want it on a step-by-step guide....so can someone create a new one..
if i know how to make those,i will be the one who will create a new tutorial but i dont install themes...

I was write "Howto create theme for E680i/A780" in thai. it's contain 7 chapter for this. so if lot of members asking about it I 'll translate it to english with my poor english.
