Different Theme Different Icons

Hello frendz can some1 plz tell me how to use icons from one theme in some other theme ? Like I like icons from Theme X but I have installed Theme Y and wanna use icons of Theme X in Theme Y, how do I do it ?

By the way I tried that trick mentioned in the thread you linked me to but it works only with some of the themes and not all. But anyways thank you soooooooooooo much for the help..

One more question , if I have a theme and I wanna modify it , like changing the GNB and colours and stuff , how can I do that ??
