hi! all you skin makers.

i i'am trying to make a skin, since it is my first time

i want to ask some questions

MANUP456 can you tell me how you edit icons or which application you use to create icons or to change icons colour, i tried to change colour by HUE but then the colour of the whole icon changes, i want to know how you have two colours in the icon and some ideas.


and can anyone tell me how to create an animated icon which should move or do something when selected.

plz reply guyz, because i want to create a good looking skin and i'am new to this.

If you are looking for something free,you can try Gimp its not bad for editing and have option Colorize that you can you use for changing the color of the icons.
