i face my laptop everyday juz to find specific advice here.many users told me to flash my e680i.but i'm newbies,i x know anything bout flash or telnet.so,plez give me specific advice to fix my e680i bootscreen stuck.mine still 'virgin',so firmware maybe old.tanx 4 all your reply,i really appreciate it!

If your phone wont boot, most likely the only fix for that will be to flash the phone. Read the stickies on the e680 forum for more info.
