Can u tel me hw to create script ?
sorry ... pls say me in detail

open a notepad++
goto edit->EOC->Unix (to change the text format from Default to Unix)
then type the above quoted text and save it as *.sh file

I'm using windows xp as os in my system ...

After typing the above quoted text, u said to save as .sh file, so wats the file name ?
Is startup.sh correct ?

start notepad++ then type

#!/bin/bash
MYSTARTUP="/mmc/mmca1/startup.wav" #change your startup tone location here
mount --bind /usr/data_resource/phone/ui_start_up_mono.wav $MYSTARTUP

then in the menu bar click on edit and select EOC conversion and then select Unix in submenu

that will change the format to Unix and then save it as startup.sh (*.sh)
and copy it to startup folder thats it

I was seeing in notepad, there is no options like EOC, UNIX ...
Should use notepad ++ right ???

yes I have clearly typed that you should use NOTEPAD++ to make script files
