Perl script to extract iconres.ezx for A780/E680i

iconres.ezx that create from my script does not work.

so i correct new packIconres.pl to remove \0 between resource id and Start block. and crete iconres.ezx from liteblue wit 2 icon in bottom menu CST_Exit and CST_Menu. and its work on my phone.

i add yuor $zero code in to packIconres script as your comment and all iconres.ezx from work fine. I was test on LiteBlue_E680i, LiteBlue_Black, Mac_OSX, and Xp.so i updated script in to this topic.

i think my misstake is i test on LiteBlue_E680i theme. this original iconres.ezx has no 4-byte boundary.but new iconres.ezx that generate from your corrected script have 4-byte boundary. but its still work.
