well I don't know about the quality but since everybody say that it is of good quality can you Please tell us which video converter you have used and what are the settings to get this quality conversion

I want to know as I tried many settings with Xillisoft video converter Ultimate 6 but never got the Good Quality as expected.. always got results as normal quality or Media parameter exceeds allowed limit... HELL!

here's the deal.Actually i m not using any special video converter.I m just using motoezxvp but the fact is all the videos i have uploaded were in High definition so after converting quality comes out to be awesome.Friends there may be many sites available where you can get superb quality videos and also in small size.
eg. Alejandro video which i uploaded,originally was of 102mb but to my surprise it compressed to approx 16mb
and i found it in filestube dot com.it just require search and patience or you can just request as i may have the one you wanted.I'll try to post asap.

can you Please try to write in normal fonts that will also look good you can use colors if you want to show them attractive while typing bigger does not makes it look good and of course no one is suffering from Eye sight problem
