err... after using this. i still like the Xilisoft 3GP converter better.
this one i thought it would complete when the bar goes all the way to the right but nope... and i can't even tell when it finishes..

when it finishes the bar stops moving, I think it even says conversion completed or something. Try it with a really small file and if it doesn't work then there might be something wrong.

I find MP4 looks better thank 3gp. (personally I prefer mp4 using divx codec at 574 and aac audio stereo at 64
