this is a good sign for the motorola phones...well to play more faster just set the speed to 9 still under development no sound....EzxVbaAlpha version...if OOPSWARE finished all the emulator available i think he will add the source code...well this one still doesnt have the code for speed up...but he able to add more speed and settings...we will wait until OOPSWARE will reply

    EZinstall [GameCombopack] beta

since some threads here having problems installing Doom and Quake.now its here its imposible to have errors since its in MTF format and it contains the backupfiles

    installation requirements

firmware upgraded to AAP,ABP,AEP with Neo and Mpkg
    no applications installed in phone/mmc
    patience

    how to install:

    *extract the file to mmc
*tap the "EZinstall[gamepack].mtf" and wait "patience" you will not have a control to your phone because its installing all the files
*after you regain your control, now restart/reboot your phone
*for emulators just create a folder in the root of your mmc ,actually i forgot to make one hehe but i prefer putting your roms in Qtdownload and just modify all the emu configs in ".system"
*finally you have the applications installed

    componets:

this is a combo pack of

    Quake
    Doom
    Ezxemu latest version
EzxVba latest version with activated sound
    EzxNcd
    less memory

    about the GBA[sound]

the emulator cannot handle such heavy graphics and big file size so if you want to be sure the game is in the minimun bit size click here
    GameList and info's

    try choosing those 32-bit games

if you try to calculate its more bigger memory consumption if we use the mpkg format...but if we use mtf its more less....so we can save up alot of free space.i recommned using this if the user want's to take the files everywhere...once we have installed some new firmware in office or in friends house...we have the files in our side...to install in just one click

    Download the file here:

    flashget is allowed

    CLICK ME TO DOWNLOAD

yeah the truth is im lazy to organize the files in mmc...im also a master clear maniac hehe..

it's a alpha version just ported from the opensource VBA without optimize.
it's CPU emulation kernal writen in C, speed realy bad .
already somebody ported VBA onto SONY PSP, but it's speed very slow too.

i agree an author of GBA Emu for GP32 , and he said:

Classic emulators have to emulate everything (i.e. processor, RAM, ROM, video processor, keys, timers, ...) with only the use of the computer processor, that is why you need at least a 700Mhz computer to emulate a small gba (which has a 16MHz processor). The GP32 processor is compatible with the GBA one, so the first idea is to not emulate the gba processor but to directly run the code present in the GBA roms. Of course it is not as simple as to rename a .gba file to a .gxb file, but it runs !

    paste from http://gp32emu.dcemu.co.uk/gpadvance.shtml

Although I dont understand computer programming...but I still here OopsWare...waiting...and waiting your new version of this. Because I ever heard my nephew said that he can play GBA in his symbian mobile phone. So I believe, you will find out how to make it compatible with our phone.
You can compare your EzxEmu and VNes (Vampent product). VNes can play some NES roms with very difficult way and without sound. But you did more...with your EzxEmu, we can play many NES roms with just put all the roms in one folder and with great sound. I salute to you...

    Good signs of everything

but the problem is in VBA
algorithms are not optimized, even though it's open source

I have seen some some closed source VBA emus that can go at least four times faster than VBA, but at the cost of video (frame rate skipping) and sound quality (sound quality reduction from non-full sound emulation)
(can't remember the name but it had a speed% control)
If I do remember the name, I'll try to contact the author and beg for the source
