Hey friend, I dont know whether you found a f/w has chinese hand writing recognition or not. But now, I've updated it in my latest f/w. You can download for using this feature. To activate its appearance in keyboard selector, you need to navigate to Setup > Input setup > Secondary language then choose the Chinese option (a chinese text), then click Save. From now on, you can tap on keyboard selector and switch to chinese hand writing mode anytime you want
