sorry i'm not have idea for ypur problem, im suggest you goes to service center. its maybe broken with your hardware. maybe any ic break.
I am facing the sidelock problem in E6 because I dropped my phone in water. its shows lock sign always. I tried removing the sidelock button and then on/off using stylus but it didn't work. please tell me if you have any solution to the problem.
