sorry to be so late

you just have to do is create a simple empty folder in your ***d:\ *** drive and rename that folder to "lte" as i did then you put all three files
PUTUSB
LOADER.BIN
and ALL8.DUMP

in the folder remember to follow eacgh and every steps correctly as in post


then open command window

by pressing windows+R keys you can open run console then type CMD and then type the command to go to D:\lte in your final line you may see


D:\lte

then you have to start python from there

for example if you installed python in c:\python26\
and python.exe is in that folder then symply type

c:\python26\python .exe


then follw each and everysteps very carefullly


and you will get time out error then you must redo the whole testpoint method and start the command window once again
