holla brother, long time no chat.. i need sum help, do u hav any app to burn up the pixel and backlight like etorch that run for e6? thx in advance
nope.. my country really suck in tax stuff, if here e6 cost 180 USD, importing it would make the price twice or 3x than the regular price
Ok. Why Do Not u import from india?
actually, now i only got one moto phone running, its e680i, the rest is some LG, SE, and an arena.. so its really difficult testing openezx without a phone.. e680i is so hard to mod, not like e6.. i wont mess around wit that one.. and by the way i wont take e6 modding too serious, its taking too much brain resource as an animator, its quite bugging.. i wont messing my MEL (maya embedded language) scripting with other scripting language.. but at least i enjoyed with what i achieve in e6 modding right now... i have a friend specializing in linux & unix programming, i always talk to him if i need help in linux programming he also involved in my e6 project but after the phone broke the project is suspended at least until we got a new phone.. so until we got another e6, i will absence in phone programing and i will inform u if i got another progress.. so wait for the good news.. see ya later bro
Sorry about the mac thing. Got a few things here: Power of UNIX. Simplicity of the Mac. Mac OS X is both easy to use and incredibly powerful. Everything — from the desktop you see when you start up your Mac to the applications you use every day — is designed with simplicity and elegance in mind. So whether you’re browsing the web, checking your email, or video chatting with a friend on another continent,* getting things done is at once easy to learn, simple to perform, and fun to do. Of course, making amazing things simple takes seriously advanced technologies, and Mac OS X is loaded with them. Not only is it built on a rock-solid, time-tested UNIX foundation that provides unparalleled stability, it also delivers incredible performance, stunning graphics, and industry-leading support for Internet standards
Alrite. i have benn using Windows and ubuntu and mac sno leopard. Witing For win7 RTM and Karmic Kaola (Ubuntu) Disd you find a way to port openezx into e6 through windows?
i've read this, and want to complain a bit mac is for beginners who want easy to lrn pc Linux is for Developers windows: Beginners Intermediates And Develepers ___Tats an user review__ mac is actualy same as linux in programing cause it still an UNIX breed, so its a big MISTAKE to say mac is for a begineer in mac we still can sudo-ing in windows there is no such command.. i'm using windows since windows 3.1 and always following the development of this OS trough the latest win7 and using mac since 10.4 i feel whole different stage of programming.. and i prefer mac cause its unix i use mac for do a professional work such as 3d animation, using maya, when i use windows it always ended with crash no hurt feeling but its wrong if u say mac is for a begineer
nope.. it just suspended.. i dont have e6 in hand, my old phone broke, the next e6 i bought is lots of hardware bug (flash IC dead) now i dont have any e6 to continue the project.. here (in my country) e6 were discontinued so hard to find one.. but i'm still looking for new e6 or second handed with great condition.. meanwhile i just playing with my e680i and waiting for the CLIQ to be launched.. but i'm still find the missing source that motorola release.. the bootstrap and the gui were hidden and encoded, try to mod the regular firmware, i can get rid the master bar (4button on top) but when it clicked it still there LOL.. maybe later if i get another e6 i can continue the journey u can try using usblan mode to replace original file in root using modded files, or edit it using unix text editor.. but the better way is LINUX
