The way to get CellID(old question new discussion)

Hi Developers:
As far as I know , if you want to get CellID ,lac,mnc,mcc in J2ME application , you have to use this function :System.getProperty(),and on most MOTO phone your application must be trusted
(if your Motorola handsets running Motorola OS may be get these cellInfo without trusted).

My question is :does any other way to get these ID ?for instance with option JRS support? or use CommConnection interface?

if you have experience of get cellID ,can you share it with other?
