First off, You should NEVER have BOUGHT the latest firmware. The firmwares are provided free from Apple.
A few questions:
is the phone a 2G or 3G?
what was your previous firmware?
what version of iTunes are you running?

Pls Help me
Kindly note ...i bought latest updated firmware iphone from mr friend ...and i try to back the phone with itune , but suddenly i got the error message and advise advise restore to factory settting ,therefore i pressed to restore button from itune ......after sometime the phone continuesly in "verify the softare " and also i get the attached display in the phone ....pls help me come out of this ...tks a lot in advance IMG_0849.jpg
