upgrade 2.0.2

kindly note i bought used i phone with 2.0.1 firware last week and i want to upgrade to new 2.0.2 firmware availbel in apple.com .....since i am from sri lanka , pls advise if i upgrade the new firware and is there any software the unlock this firmware ..thanks

Yes there is QuickPwn for windows that will unlock the 2.0.2 firmware upgrade, but I have heard of people having issues with wifi connection doing this. As much as I have read, the only 'Fix' in 2.0.2 is a 3G reception issue, so it wont effect the 1st generation iPhone much. I myself am still running 2.0.1 and Im perfectly happy with it. I see no reason to upgrade just yet. So my advice is to keep it on 2.0.1 unless you are having issues with it.


If it aint broke, dont fix it
