Brand new. I only charged the headset to make sure it works. And it wks great. In case you want to know, I bought a few and I have one extra left over. msg me if you are interested. comes with everything that was in the box: ht820, wall charger (for US), 2.5mm to 3.5mm converting wire, and instructions. if you want pictures, you can see them all over ebay. It's the one that come in the blue box with a picure of a girl in it.

I'm located in southern california, US so closer the better.

You can buy these all day long on eBay for $60 (brand new). I would love to have a set of these but they don't work with my A780.
