I'tried to create mine, just buy cheap HF with same jack (nokia will do)
cut the ear piece then use 3,5 stereo female jack. You still can use the mic and also can plug it to ext amplifier / speaker

Result...not bad...you still see the electric tape, but if you perfectionist you could figure it out how to hide the electric tape
