    Default Content for E680i?

I'm thinking about buying the E680i but a couple of things are stopping me. First is that the phone isn't supported by iSync for OS X. Not the end of the world, I could just sync it with my work PC or my Vaio laptop.

Second...is there any content out there for this phone? Doesn't seem like there is much available. And if this phone is geared towards video and audio, how do you manage it - or even find stuff to put on it? Can you transfer audio and video over from Windows Media Player 10? Can you move over online content from RealPlayer (which I dread the idea of having to use)? Being able to have video news clips on my phone each morning, to watch on the way to work, seems very cool, but can it be done easily? Motorola's website seems to have little to no infomation about doing any of this. An instant sell would be if I could move video from my TiVo to it, but TiVo to go is pretty limited.

Somebody sell me on this phone! I want it, but I'm just nervous about not being able to do anything useful with it.

I am just as nervous as chadrickb... but I already own this phone. Problem is, I am still finding out on the features and what this phone can do. One of it is, on the brochure, it proudly declare that this phone can do mpeg4 video capture. But I've yet to find out how. Called the customer service and they told me that it will only record in 3gp and then on the pc, use software to convert to mpeg4. How ridiculous! Anyone can enlighten me??

    Isn't 3GP = mpeg4?

record with the phone = 3gb(video) max 320x240res(if tuned up), amr(audio).

    playback with the phone =.rm, rmvb, mpeg4, gp3, divx(if codec/player is installed), audio = mp3, wav, amr, aac, rm(audio), rmvb(audio), midi, rff(samsung midi).

gp3 is NOT mpeg4... they are quite different...

when i understand specs correctly you can play purchased songs.

demos on phone from mtv are partially drm-secured and can not played on your normal pc

you can store secured songs on phone memory and on additional sd cards, mmc cards does not support drm

i'm confused. does that mean it can't do video capture in mp4 format despite what the brochure proclaims?
