E680i Missed call alert- install

Hi

I downloaded the E680i Missed call alert but i cant install it.

The message i get :
The software is not a java MIDlet. In addition a Neo installer package must be installed and running.

How do i go about locating/installing a neo installer?

I downloaded both NEO and Linloader. -

Question - the first step says - Get root. How do i locate the root file in the phone?

In the Neo instructions, when they refer to the "root" of the phone, they simply mean the phone itself as a root directory when connected to a PC in mass storage mode. There is no root file to look for, just put the files in the phone, outside of any folder.
