Mobile Phone Tools Version 3.22?

Our phone E680 doesn't come with this software application whereas E398 have it. Why Motorola only give it to some other phones but not our E680/i.... Now do Live Updating to 3.25

i think you have to register your software in order to do live updating... am i correct?

no. They didnt give it with the E680 because it didnt work with E680, not sure if you get it with E680i though.

It can sync very well with my flashed E680i. I beleive its the latest release of MPT date Jan 2005 Version 3.22. Now no need to use the friendly MPT. I think I need to register cause I can't completely do the live update as it just went stay idle after I downloaded the updates...

I can't seem to succesfully Live Update the MPT from 3.22 to 3.25. It just stay there when 5 secs to go. I also registered but to no avail, tried it with my 2nd comp but to no avail.

well you dont really need to upgrade 3.25 doesnt really add or improve anything

maybe I don't know. Haven't tried any other version of MPT. I'm stuck with this 3.40 as can't sync with my new A780. Few questions:

1. MPT refuses to work with my notebook's integrated bluetooth (winxp sp2). Any ideas?
2. A780 offers only OTA sync. Damn is there any way to enable different types of synchronization?

I can see my gsm network on MPT screen, read sms messages over USB cable and that's all.
