If you didn't notice, it is some kind of a mobile Windows. It's rather impossible to have such a keyboard on EZX. OpenMoko will have a larger keypad.

Looking for this mod, Larger Keys
guys do you know any mods that will convert the normal keyboard to a bigger 1, i have an xda2i with similar mod, keys looked like this
i can type while holding a beer
