willmiller@ this is not a good forum for windows. but for me you should install "sysgate personal firewall pro" + "AVG pro antivirus" and some anti spyware application as "spybot search and destroy". Do full system scan for virus and dont forget to perform the "disk defragment" in windows to ensure better performent. Never forget run your anti spyware regularly. This is some suggestion for you. you can search the application in ddl [dot] com or phazeddl [dot] com
