This may be useful for those of you looking for a US style power adapter without having to
use a travel kit.

If your adapter has a Torx #10 screw holding the european prongs to the brick(ette), take the
screw out, and slide the connectors off.
underneath you'll find US style folding prongs.

The power adapter is mildly more portable in this manner.
