Is there anyway to have the Startup folder (with some scripts inside like "startup.lin") without flashing my phone?

it seems to be telectroguy refers to "flashkit"
the only thing we need is flash cg36 (if ain't wrong)

My E680i is not flashed. I got this in the system folder:

    system/download/QTDownload/Rerouter/kvm
    system/download/QTDownload/Rootexec/startup
    system/download/QTDownload/Startup

Is this the "STARTUP FOLDER" discussed in this topic??????

No, Startup folder is /diska/.system/Startup, if you place the *.lin file here, i'll automatically start when the phone starts
