how2 get rid of preload folder when using card_file_manager?

When we use card file manager, there will be preloaded folder such as MyNotes, MyImages, MyPrograms which should be get rid. I remember that there is a man talking about this. I searched but I can't find it. I guess we can modified some configuration of that this app but how?

u cant just live with them it was harder for me too in the beginneing but now i use them folders for what they say like My Audio for songs MyPictures for pictures
