Ringer ID Problem

Hello everyone. I am having problems with my ringer ids. I set certain ringtones for different callers, but when they call I hear the default ringtone. Can anyone help me?

try the settings there are a portion there to set up the ringing tone.

delete phone numbers from the sim card... copy them to your phone first though... obviously.

and are you sure not move or delete your ringtone file to different location? or to turn on ringer id option in ring style option.

I am having the same problem. I turned on ringer ID in setup and choose different tones but still the default ring tone comes on when they call. Please help
