Does any one know what are these features and how to use them:
1- IM
2- LINE 1 LINE2
3-CSD

Line 1 and 2 are network dependent, you have to ask your service provider if they support it, it means (at least in my country) that you can have 2 lines that can dial independently (not just call waiting) to stablish 3 way conference calls, for example.

CSD is circuit switched data, it allows your telephone to act as a standard analog modem to access dial up services instead of using gprs. Some providers (at least mine) block CSD services, again, you have to ask them. When you setup your data network, you can enter the CSD number to dial and login information.

I have not used Instant Messaging but you can find a lot of info on that topic (from guys who really know their stuff) in this forum.
