How To Uninstall MPKG Apps From Phone Memory?

Hello.

I searched the forum for help on uninstalling mpkg apps from my phone, but I found no results. Anyway, I am running on original firmware (because I truly don't know how to flash to new firmware or use the CGs, or whatever they're called) and I successfully installed many apps that are in .mpkg/.pkg format to the phone memory.

Recently I installed an app and there was an update for the app so I installed the new version too. Now on my phone I have two copies of the same program, one is new version, the other is an old version. Now my question is, how do I remove the old version and keep only the new version on my phone?

There is no uninstall option when I tap and hold on the icon. All the choices are greyed out and I can't select any of them. Can I just delete the folder of the copy app in the QTdownload directory (on phone memory)? Would that mess up the phone? I'm asking because I don't want to destroy the phone over some little error.

tap on the mpkg icon. (the one you use in installing all the mpkg apps) MPKG installer can also be used in uninstalling mpkg apps.

Alright, so I'm not really getting this. I tapped on the icon and this lady's voice speaking Chinese said some stuff... I go to the file manager and there is this file named "mpkg" and I open it with the notepad editor and it contains a list of the mpkg apps I have installed. Then I delete everything expect for the app I want to remove and I tap on "Save". After all of that, I tapped on the mpkg icon again and activated the program. It did nothing at all so I restarted my phone. Again, nothing was removed. Is there a problem because my apps say "AppName" and not the actual name? Please help!
