Problems with telnetting

What's up bro & sis ..? I had problems here.My phone got hang whenever i listen to mp3.i master reset many times.Got fed-up .Miss my phone,not use for a week.Had install linloader,neo & many other app.I wanna flash my phone to the latest firmware by our bro Sandman.I tried telnetting the phone,i'm stuck at the last part.(Enter the command "AT+MODE=99" )I enter this,it shows (Error). I enter this ("AT+MODE=12")it stated ( Will launch MotDSPLog, exit modem...

OK )But it is still connecting.Maybe mine is european firmware?I'm confused.
My firmware is

AP:E680I_G_0D.C5.AAP
BP:E680I_G_0D.B3.B1P
BPFlex:GCOE680I000SA007
DSP:62282800
Technology Tri-Band GSM

Is there any other ways to flash without using telnet?If yes.. Could anybody tell me the steps to flash using Sandman mods.

Sorry bro & sis.I had alot of problems.1 more thing whenever i connect my phone to pc using cable usb,found new hardware (PSEUDO)so i let the windows update to search for the software.The windows can't find the software. So what should i do?Reply me.thks bro..

bro.. try to point the the folder c:\program files\PST\ all the driver should be found there..

try acmattach.lin and USBLAN it works wonders for me. for instruction see "maximizin e680i for newbies" in the "fast thread links" in the sticky.

when PSEUDO show up just uninstall your phone connection to PC, go to windows explorer, right click my computer, go to Device Manager>>Manage>>Device Manager>>Modems (uninstall your motorola USB modem). restart computer and install again your phone to PC, now situation back to normally, I guess... huehehehe

Have you use CG33.smg during flashing using PST?
If you have used it, you can copy the acmattach.txt file in phone folder.
It's in the CG33 package.
But you should install motorola driver and balcarra driver in your PC first. After this, you can telnet using your PC.
Then use flashkit to install CG36.smg and use telnet PC to install CG35.smg.

Click start (in Windows PC) => Run
- Type : cmd
- C:\>
- Then type : C:\>telnet 169.254.142.2 <press enter>

It reply ( Could not open to the host , on port 23: Connection failed )
What should i do?Sorry bro.Could u teach me how to telnet & flashkit to install install cg 36.smg. Sorry for troubling u bro..

Jinggaro, do you have this drive : system on 'Samba 2.0.7 (169.254.142.2)' (Z: ) on your computer.
If dont have, you should install E680/i driver and Balcarra driver first.
I always install CG36.smg while flashing using PST during "Erasing memory...". Same with CG33.smg. But you should rename the CG36.smg as same as the name of shx file.

jingaro,if u r telnet using desktop pc,dont turn on the modem.switch it off..
