Need to Change my phone IMEI

Hi friends,
I bought a new e680i from Singapoore . I need to change my e680i IMEI number. In Turkey i couldnt use my phone because the stupid rules. But i think there sould be a way that can fake IMEI number to. Is it possible to do that? If it is pls help me to do that because i love this phone and i wanna use it in my life.

not for siemens model as i know.. i change my IMEI same with my IC number IMEI can be change but i dont know a software for our MOTO. even nokia phones IMEI can be change using software.

No no.. This is not stolen Telephone. This is our new policy that we can not bring phone from other countrys. Here we have new rules. People in Turkey should buy legaly imported phones. The problem is goverment protect Turkish sellers. But i am thinkin about i can use or copy my old phones imei on my e680i. But the problem is HOW? U guys mentioned a software previously if there is can u give me the name?
