Can't running Java MIDlet apps on E680i after flashing

Hi All,
After flashing my phone with AEP firmware, and CG36. I get some error on my applications(jars and mpkgs). The mpkg file, run well. BUT it doesn't work on Jar applications.

The error message is: "Error: The software you are trying to run is not a java MIDlet. It will only run on specific phone models that should have been listed in instructions distributed along with the software. In addition, a neo-installer package must be installed and running on the phone"

I have check that neo-installer is already installed. And also make sure that the related applications have been set and open with those neo-installer.

Also startup.lin file has been copied to /diska/.system/startup. When i ran it manually from qonsole(mpkg): (using this script --> #./startup.lin) An error was occured:
"cd: can't cd to /ezxlocal/download/QTDownLoad/Rootexec
/sbin/start-stop-daemon: stat ./startup: No such file or directory"

Note: the start-stop-daemon is exists in /sbin/ directory.

Help me, please..

In my humble opinion..

The neo-installer is corrupt or has a problem, re-install neo-installer would be worth to try..

For startup.lin, according to the error message, seems the /startup folder doesn't exist. Please check again
