Phone Freezes Help Plz

Hi i have a problem with my phone. Can some1 help me plz! I downloaded a theme(99c) for phone and installed the theme on my phone but it didnt work. i downloaded the same theme but for the sd. The theme is a very big file. I double clicked it and it said operation failed. When i went to go check the color sceme there was a theme i didnt remember having(Wasn't there before)There wasn't a preview of it. So I went to click it to see wat it was and it was the theme i wanted. I went to restart the phone becuase some icons was still the same as the theme before(dragon 1). When i start my phone it goes to the Hello Moto part at the begining gif and then goes to the gif pstart( theme start up thing) and just freezes there.It doesnt go to the menu(after the phone passes the gifs parts the stanby part) I dont know what to do. I'd tried to let it load for 48 hours but i still stays the same. I dont know what else to do. I also tried to upload files but it cannot find the modem or drive. It just freezes at

I think.. there's no other way but re-FLASH your phone.

You can go to boot-loader to re-FLASH your phone.

How to FLASH it??? You can search it on sticky forum...

not true..

you also can telnet in it and fix the failure if the phone is in the modem mode..
for telnet in look on the HELP-FAQ on this forum or go and do a SEARCH on here...

both of suggestions can solve your problem, if you are going to ask me. i think i will reflash my phone. it easier than telnet since in telnet you must have knowledge in command - for a newbie it will be a little bit difficult. i you want i can assist you to reflash your phone to latest firmware.

if u flash it u have to put a flash kit in the phone which i cant do... how do you do tel net? Can some one guide me or show me a forum

u can use search, but if your phone freez u can't use flashkit. u may use PST.

is your phone dead or stuck at boot-up logo? If it is you have to plug your phone to pc in boot-up mode by pressing volume down+camera button+power on. It will then dispaly the blue screen for flashing.

But first you have to download this apps.

For flashing to latest firmware:
a) PST 7.1.1 or 7.1.2 version (with patch if you are using windows xp)
b) New FW (prefferably c5aep)
c) linloader (mtf version)

For telnet:
a) acmattach.lin
b) usblan

For modifiying CG33 and 36
a) flashkit
b) modified CG's (prefferably by sandman and three search)

all these apps are available in this forum. try to search in the sticky post the one by ndpndt16. if you had other questions dont hesitate to ask

second install and download USBLAN and acmattach here

third download latest FW

fourth: charge your phone for atleast two hours using AC charger. (don't worry if your phone seems not charging because the red led indicator is not lit, it is still charging)

fifth: press volume down+camera button+poweron at the same time. it will bring you to blue boot-up mode. connect to PC using USB cable.
