    in that setting, there is only one alarm for all the events. I'd like a different sound for different events in one day, like, happy birthday if it's someone's birthday, another for personal appts and another for business concerns

    u can buy w800 or k750 to make the radio as the alarm ringtone.hehehe.

  8. Default i have a idea!

    set alarmclock,set autorun fmradio,set ring silence.
    when time is on,alarmclock turn on phone,not push button......

    anybody try?

    This is like 2 years late, but anyway you can set trigger FM radio using alarm. The solution is just as suggested previously. FWIW: 1. Install the SALARM app available in another thread ( http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/e...arm-clock.html ) 2. Schedule an alarm to execute "/usr/SYSqtapp/fmradio/fmradio". 3. Unselect the 'Use SysApp' option. The name of this option is confusing. When set, it enables the alarm sound of the built-in alarm clock which is not needed here if you are using the radio. 3. Set the FM radio to use speaker by default instead of headphone by editing "\ezxlocal\download\appwrite\setup\ezx_fmradio.cfg" and set ByLoudSpeaker = 1. 4. Make sure you plug in the headphone to your phone before you retire to bed or else the FM radio won't turn on.
