T-MOBILE US Voicemail (different problem)

I've searched through the forums as best I could for "tmobile voicemail" and "voicemail", and haven't found anything that meets my question. So if it's out there I apologize but I've been looking.

I have the E680i and bought it from China Mobile, I can't get the voicemail to work, as in my calls don't get redirected anywhere if I don't answer, they just cut off the line.

I've gone to call divert and divert all voice calls (and enter that 1805... number) forwards all calls to voicemail as it should, but I can't get any of the conditional forwarding (unavailable,busy,unreachable, or no answer) to work. ( it says "no Network Service" after I try entering a number and hit done(I have checked to make sure i have signal) )

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would try to call motorola they may be able to talk you through. i just purchased the phone myself and was wondering if you are able to access the internet with T-mobile service. I remeber someone posting about some drivers you could download but I cannot find the info anywhere.

I can picture/video/text message without problem. (there was a link on tmobile's website that would txt you a browser message that set that up for you)

When I first got the phone I signed up for the basic 5.99 or whatever it is these days tmobile internet and it worked just fine.

I've tried calling tmobile and they (obviously) said they don't support my phone and thus can't help me.

I was just hoping that I'm not the only one who has issues getting the call direct to function (I even reflashed my phone in hopes that the settings would right themselves).

I just called Motorola, they said that the E680i is an overseas phone and not supported by motorola in the United States.

I'm out of ideas.

i really want to picture/video message. So far, i can only text msg. can you tell us the link for T-mobile that you mentioned which helps us set this up? thanks!
