ok ill need the CG35 in "smg" format not .lin format
anyone can give an alternative for this...

i cant install that cg35 for e680i
so i will need the smg instead. i can flash it through PST
all i want is the original boot-up screensaver,delete those chinese applications,de-brand,thats it please provide the alternative

the modded cg35 is in smg format...the lin file is a configuration script////

you cannot flash the modded cg35 using pst....you phone will not work

i m finally thinking of fully installing AEP and then using CGs... but thwt else i have to think about before that??

1- yesh, i'll need to backup ezxlocal, my data and theme files. cuz i have above 20themes installed on diska by modding their .dhm files... m in no mood of losing it.
2- also i have to take care that my db(contacts, sms, etc...) is not in ezxlocal. its in diska, symlinked to ezxlocal. so need to carefully note down whats pointing where
3- hmmm, i have some apps installed on diska. have to note down their names so that i can install them back again on sd card...

its a big decision for me but i'll do it tonight. lets C what i have to tell u tomorrow.

1, about the theme ,I install 1 theme in diska or ezx when I want to change theme I copy to replace iconner.ezx and*.skn file only need not to install all theme so if you wnt to keep your theme you copy all of your iconner.ezx and *.skn file only that enought

you can use backupnow to backup to back up your sms and contact

about app in diska you can change it to mmc/mmca1
for example
you have a app in diska/system/qtdownload
you change that app folder to mmc/mmca1/system/qtdownload
and you go to ezxlocal/download/appwrite/am/installdb
copy app infor in /mmc/mmca1/java/plugcarddb
that ok
if you use 3 search cg33_2.0 it autobackup when you telnet so needn't afraid of missing sms or contact

by the way can you tell me how to extract cg by use cramfsck
I don't know how to use that commance to extract cg

Sorry, what's your problem, Man? I downloaded the modded CGs, and they're all in .smg format. How did you get the .lin format? Like Sandman said, the .lin file is a CONFIGURATION FILE, not the modded CG.

You cannot flash CG35 using PST nor Flashkit. You HAVE TO flash it using the instructed TELNET COMMAND.

yeah i already figure it out but it seems it still hangs on the bootup screen any tips
and while i was flashing i added cg33 and cg36 the firm was a fail but my phone still works..the monternet was changed to browser and the my fav. was changed to files
my only problem is the cg35 that i cant install

fixed both cg33 and uploaded them to my site...download them...link in first post of topic

tomorrow i find the cg33 in ur site just 18mb n i get corrupt cg's.......
2day i see its become 26 mb...i must d/l again

i manage to flash with ur cg33 last night, and also with sandman new cg35 and cg36.. and this time i notice the speed of AEP.. everything work perfect.. until i edit the bluediamond theme.. then my phone stuck at the penguin luckily it happen tonight i will try to flash with cg33 that sandman has mod.. thanks u guy! u all roXks!

I thing you edit wrong file *.skn so it stuck at penguin
