Default Can't get rid of AppName Icon. No plugDB to alter. Help

I have the AppName icon with the black exclamation mark on a yellow circle background. If I hold down the stylus on it, I can't uninstall it as it is greyed out. I read that I should alter the plugDB file in the phone using wordpad but the thing is I dont even have the plugDB file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to get rid of the icon.

    I have e680i. My firmware is: E680I_G_0D.C5.A4P BP: E680I_G_.0D.B0.B1P

    Thanks!

Try re-inserting your memory card. It should create a new PlugCardDB file in /.system/java.
