Error message using "Qonsole"

What I/m I doing wrong. I was following the exact same step shown on Complete Idiot's Guide To Flashing & Programs For E680i and got stuck this part:

copy to your sd card or diska
click on the jar file, install it whereever you wish (it works just like any other java midlet)
it should now appear as an icon in one of your toolbar things (as in tools, fun apps, user 1 etc)
click on it and see if it opens up, if it does, your set to install CG35

When i click to open it up, that's when I get the error message. Someone please help.

Have you install neo_c or neo_d after installed linloader?
Or move startup.lin to diska\.system\Startup...???

open achrive
extract "installneo.lin" and "unzip" to the root directory of your phone. (as in dont put it in any folders)
go to file browser on phone
click "installneo.lin"
wait a second or two, then exit file browser
wait another second or two, then reenter filebrowser, you should now have a file named "startup.lin"
delete "install neo.lin" and "unzip"
move "startup.lin" to diska\.system\Startup
this way startup.lin runs everytime your phone boots and you will never have to mnually turn it on.
restart phone

Sigh. One of the forum mates said that firmware AAP comes with neo and linloader preinstalled. So I don't know what to do...

Ok so why now is it telling me it can't find a location to open neo?

Well, I just reinstalled the AAP firmware. I wont proceed any further until I hear some replies. Any help is greatly appreciated Please.

the f/w AAP doesn't came with neo & linloader. if i'm not wrong neo praload in cg 33 2.0 3search but u still instal linloader manually in sd/mmc & cg 36 make .mpkg file on the fly.

Thanks for the reply. ::sigh:: Where's the phones memeroy browser? I did this step:

mpkg installer

tap and hold "mpkg.lin" and click "open with" find the new icon smily and click "always open this program to open this filetype",wait for a few seconds after you hear a voice,go to phone memory browser.find the new chinese file.its a jar file install it,and you will have the mpkg installer

note:there will be two icon will appear an "flower icon" and a "exe icon"same with the image on computer's softwares.the usage of the flower icon is to install the pkg file to your phone.

I can't find this. I'm about to break this phone Some one has to know something.

You should read the instruction carefully. As Iyang wrote, you dont need to install mpkg installer if you use modified cg36.smg when you flash your phone using PST. Try to use modified cg36.smg.

when trying to open up qonsole. I give up.
