bluetooth headset motorola h500

hey recently i just got a white motorola h500 bluetooth headset, but it seems the people who i talk to can't hear me very well. its not static or anything like that, just not loud enough, is it possible to turn the bluetooth reciever volume on? i can hear them fine. but the reciever doesn't pick up sound too good i guess..possibly turn it up via gaintable?

i had the same problem with my h700 but it works damn well on my other RAZR but sound suck wit hmy e680i

odd, the volume on my ht820 is fine, people hear me on problem.
