Well, it seems to have the same hardware without any change.

My guess it that the only differences are the included game DVD and most importantly:

a firmware update. It might be branded, but who knows, it might even be better than the latest hong kong unbranded firmware which we can't even get. So if someone leaked the firmware...

The most important thing with the firmware would be to see its compatability with the programs our developers have so kindly and graciously developed already.

But this just shows that our phone still has life in it (and that motorola is stumped as to how to make the next one they should have at least upgraded the camera ). Our phone is still the only one designed for games and more (the n-gage is designed for games as well, but doesn't have pda functions as far as I know). This is stlil the difference between the e680/i/g and the a780/a1200. The firs is a multimedia entertainment phone. The latter phones are more business oriented.

This also makes me happy. No need to worry about upgrading my phone so soon after I got it if they're re-releasing it with new packaging and as a medium high end model. (Although I am curious as to what the price is in dollars...)

But did you notice that even the screen protector sticker is the exact same ?

in china the price is 2880 yuan if we convert to American dollar maybe
