three search root bin

have any body tell me how to use three search root bin I don't know how to do with it
if I install it can I use it to do as
tar or mkfs.cramfs
can I use the fone to edit cg 33 or 35
as I edit cg 33 or 35 in my pc

I can use mkdir
rm
rmdir
tar
in my fone
after i install root bin
in bin folder have mkfs.cramfs
can I use my fone to edit cg as pc linux

if mkfs.cramfs is there, u can use it. but that would be for packing.
for unpacking u'll need cramfsck or fsck.cramfs.
