Question (an honest question)

I'm not sure if this has been answered in the forums before (as I don't remember crossing it).

On http://vllp.sourceforge.net/en/e680i_download.htm, there are two files (the files which have E680 written besides them, in red)

They are

ThreeSearch_C5_AA_patch_E680_unicode_chinese_phonetic_editable_gaintable_vibrate_startup_acmattach_bash2_backupnative_neo_leomsg_1.4.zip

and

ThreeSearch_C5_AA_patch_E680_unicode_gaintable_startup_acmattach_bash2_backupnative_neo_leomsg_ezxdialog_switchfont_2.0.zip

What is the difference between the two? I'm thinking of reflashing my AAP again (because it's a hybrid of ABP and AAP), and what differences (if any) will I notice?

If it's there on the forums, would you be kind enough to let me have the link (and I don't want the search link - I can get to that myself )

the difference is the swithcfont feature. Are you able to read all the languages you need on your phone? If so you don't need 2.0, you'll be fine with 1.4

or u can install the 1.4 and later if u need the switchfont thing just download the switchfont separately and install it

plus switchfont is bothersome due to the need to restart the phone before connecting via usb mass storage mode

I won't be using switchfont - heck, don't think I'll be needing the restore utility bcoz of the 3rd part thing available (sorry - just toooo sleepy)
