Problems with MultiFlashFlex Error message

Hi to all,
I have bought the E680i in Shanghai. I lives in germany and I will flash the phone to a german menu.
I have much trouble with the phone driver.
When I go to the PST folder and a doubleclick to MultiFlashFlex.exe it comes the PST Framework window. (Searching WIBU-BOX with ....)
After this comes following Error message:
"Error: PST Initialization failed! No Security key detected!"
What ca I do ?
The phone is connected with the PC over USB. Is the problem perhaps the original driver from the CD ?
I have much problems to delete the original driver.
When I delete the driver and go to the path with the belcarra driver it is every time the original driver in it ? Where must I it to delete ?
Is this perhaps the problem ? I don´t know. Please help me.

I have the patch copied in the PST folder and used.
It comes the Message succssesfully.
By the installation from the PST software on my PC was one Error message:
"Setup cannot update your Windows XP files because the language installed on your system is different from the update language."
Is this perhaps the problem ?

no beacuse i use windows xp french edition dont be scare with another warning from windows and after you run the pacth that i know the computer must be restart. but i dont know if it will make any effect or not

Now, it works. I have make a new installation. Very mysterious.

Now, I have another question.
I will only the german language on my phone,
the china mobile branding delete
and the china programs (china mobile in and the other one)
in the shortcut with other icons changing.

Must I for this things flashing my phone ?
I have the jezmasters idiots e680i manual.
He wrote by step 5 (iii. open cg33 file you downloaded and extract the file "E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG33.smg" to c:\whateve)
but I don´t find this file in the forum.Where is it ?
Must I really all the 3 files (first cg33, than cg36 and later cg35) installed ?
I don´t know what is the right way to do that.

And what is the different between Flash Setup and Flex Setup ?

so flash is flashing phone with only only one flash file with format shx. and flex is maybe someting like flashing but i dont know exactly . but i propose to use flash

You can flash your phone with RSD lite 2.5 also it's much safer then PST and working faster
