Bluetooth connection problem MOBILE PHONE TOOLS

Me don't succeed in connecting the telephone with BLUETOOTH on the Mobile PHONE TOOLS:
When the to connect, remains on the writing "Initializing...", while the icon of the battery ignites, and correctly points out the position!
How come doesn't he/she succeed in being connected by bluetrooth with Mobile PHONE TOOLS?
Another software that allows to read exists: SMS, MMS, INDEX BOOK?
i have used BLUESOLEIL and WINDCOMM 5.0.1 drivers but the problem of connection remains..

What version of MPT are u using? I'm also using Blue Soleil & I don't have any problem synchronizing w/ my phone. If you're using widcomm with winxp there is a patch in BVRP website.

I USE MOBILE PHONE TOOLS VERSION 3.40I
BUT THE PATCH IS FOR UPDATE THE COM PORT?
Me to Have unloaded And Installed The PATCH 010403001933.UK.00.exe.
BUT AS NOT CHANGED ANYTHING!

Version 3.40I is unofficial release which does not support the e680/I. The official version 3.23 or 4.0.3 has no problem connecting via bt.
