Hook it up with the computer, then open up the internal drive.

Make sure your phone is in the USB Storage mode - usually found in the Settings.

This is an A780 - but the forums are for the E680. Therefore, I can't quite offer much help as I haven't seen the phone, but know that both phones are similar.

to expand on butcher's information, you open a folder on your computer and go to tools > folder options and find the option that enables you to show hidden files and folders and enable it.
and when you plug in your a780 and and open it on your computer you will see a .system folder.

restart.jar is a neo app. That means you need neo-installer. It's available here along with complete instructions for its use.

Don't you need Linloader for the Linloader Neo to work?

Look for the Linloader program in the "Downloads" section - and see the instructions which came with it (there's a link pointing to the insructions - in the desctiption of the file)

Yes. I've follow all instruction but it still not working. There is always message " Error the software you are trying to run is not a Java MIDlet. It will only run on specific phone.....a neo installer packege must be installed..." what does it mean ?. There are two method installing linloader, manual and with jar file. I've try both and still getting same error message. Could somebody help make it clear to me?

Dwight, you need neo installer in order to run that program. but to install neo installer you need linloader. so if you have linloader installed, then install neo installer before installing any neo applications.
