I already install VIET language pack and works fine. E680i hard code thai gui (th) to trigger thai keyboards, therefore I have to play another trick to make thai gui can be use with cg35 multi gui v2.0. I divert thai gui to Z:\ezxlocal\vllp.sourceforge.net\th

You can not create folder fr in Z:\ezxlocal\vllp.sourceforge.net\fr, the phone can not recognize french gui files in Z:\ezxlocal\vllp.sourceforge.net\fr because I did not divert french gui to Z:\ezxlocal\vllp.sourceforge.net\fr

What you can do is:

1. create 2 folders in /mmc/mmca1/string
/mmc/mmca1/string/vn
/mmc/mmca1/string/fr

2. copy the content of vietnamese and french language pack to
/mmc/mmca1/string/vn
/mmc/mmca1/string/fr

3. create 2 shell scripts:
vn_gui.lin
cp /mmc/mmca1/string/vn/* /ezxlocal/vllp.sourceforge.net


fr_gui.lin
cp /mmc/mmca1/string/fr/* /ezxlocal/vllp.sourceforge.net

4. tap on vn_gui.lin or fr_gui.lin to switch the gui

You need to copy 7 files (ezx_system.cfg, RingLoud.pts, RingLoudV.pts, RingSoft.pts, RingSoftV.pts, Silent.pts, Vibrate.pts) to Z:\ezxlocal\download\appwrite\setup one time only.

So what u mean is i can use Notepad 2 to create vn_gui.lin and fr_gui.lin.

I successfully flash my phone with C5AAP and I follow Chinek's method step by step
I tried several times with french laguage pack but I always get a chinese keyboard. I also put english in input setup but no way , it's still in chinese (zhuyin and pinyin board)
In select language I only get english or zh-cn but no french

*I create folder fr in Z:\ezxlocal\vllp.sourceforge.net put all files in there and 7 files in other folder (apprwrite\setup)

Does anyone can help me to put french keyboard successfully?

After create folder /ezxlocal/vllp.sourceforge.net and put all files in french language pack, did you copy cg35_multigui_2.0 to you phone?
If yes then you should able to keyin french accented characters with multi latinbased keyboard by pressing "au" button.

Yes, it does. I modified multi latinbased keyboard in cg35 multigui version 2.0 to allow keyin characters like ñ and ç
