my e680i can't connect as a modem [solved]

hi guys, what a disaster problem I've faced. it's been so long I didn't use my e680i since I got a problem with the battery. the latest firmware I used is sandmand's and modded CG35 by threesearch (hi guys..i'm back ) which stored the information at mmc. unfortunately I've formatted the mmc so my e680i is useless now.
i've tried to re-flash but it couldn't connect to computer as a modem. in Device Manager it detected as modem but when I tried to Query Modem it failed so I can't continue to re-flash the phone. I've Master Reset the phone but no use

what should I do then ? give me a hand guys...thanks

Flash it from bootloader (why most poeple missed it until they are told to about this thing? )

ok guys...the problem has just solved last two weeks sorry for my late update. I'm using Windows XP3 so I tried to install PST 7.2 and it detected the phone, I used PST 7.0 before and I don't know is there any related with my problem.
