linux pc telnet to e 680i

my pc use linux redhat 9 have any body tell me the way to telnet to fone ,
and how to connect to fone =ppp
can I flash my fone when I use linux
have pst run in linux or not

telent into e680/i is possible with a kernel that is min. 2.6.12 or higher...
i think redhat 9 is too old for that.. just install one of the newest linux distri. (suse, redhat, fedora....)

I installed fedora core3 when I use browser hardware I can see motorola usblan but I don't know how to telnet to my fone have any body tell me the way telnet to fone e 680i
