internet settings for an AT&T?

newbie alert!

my e680i is a china mobile from china. can't get online for anything. can't even send an email via sms/mms.

i don't even have the internet link (the icon of the world with the "www" across it). can't figure out where to put the code if i even get them.

but don't want to flash. don't think i'm advanced enough for that and don't have any other reason to do so. please help!

since u got your phone through the ebay, thus your phone network is not configure to the Operator you are using. you have to set at two places (three actually if you include MMS setting). In the first place, you got to get the setting from Operator.

1. First setting place.
Main Menu > Setup > Data Network > New

2. Open internet browser, in this case, Montenet:
Left Bottom Button > Setup > Profiles > New

You need not flash your phone to do this.

Can any 1 tell me BTW how to set up my Internet with Fido(Canada).What number do i need to put in settings and everything.Thx alot 4 all
