if you flash your phone(using PST) it means you will overwrite everything in your phone including firmware, contacts, sms, apps, games, etc...
if you really want to stick with your AAP firmware then try to get to motorola service centre and try to get your phone flashed.
in here (indonesia) they always do firmware flashing first in fixing any phone problems (motorola),

We don't have in Armenia Motorola service If you can help me find my AAP firmware file I will flash by myself please help me if you can or any new unbranded firmware will be helpful..

If you want unbranded firmware use C5A4P , or C5ABP + unbrannded cg35

Yea. C5.A4P is good for "plain, innocent" reflashing, cos it's unbranded.

I wish you were here in Jakarta (Indonesia). Like my friends, they would pop in to my office and fix this kind of problem.
